Vanamor is a private equity investment company which acquires under-managed and opportunistic real estate investments that need light to moderate rehab on a long term investment horizon to obtain consistent cash flow and strong annual returns for investors.  The Company strategically invests in Class A/B/C multifamily communities throughout Class A/B markets and through tax-efficient investment vehicles, we provide our investors with significant cash flow distributions while also preserving and enhancing their equity over the long term.  Vanamor is managed by principals whose combined experience spans over 20 years and in excess of $5 billion in transactions.

Vanamor invests in underperforming and value-add apartment properties in or near major metropolitan areas in the United States. The company targets properties that can be refurbished or renovated to generate above-market cash flow returns. Enhanced management systems and policies are instituted to maximize the performance of each asset. Emphasis is placed on investing in properties that will attract a stable, long-term renter population following renovation. Upon sale, investors have the option to receive their taxable proceeds or reinvest on a tax-deferred basis into a replacement property.
